These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Waslync’s website, digital platforms, and any services provided by Waslync, a digital engineering and consulting firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By accessing our website, submitting inquiries, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Waslync builds scalable digital experiences by blending Saudi insight with global engineering excellence. These Terms ensure a clear, professional relationship between Waslync and its clients.
1. Agreement
By engaging Waslync’s services (including consulting, web development, digital solutions, or managed services) or using our digital platforms, you accept these Terms of Service. They apply to all proposals, statements of work (SOW), project delivery, payment schedules, and intellectual property arrangements.
2. Services
Waslync provides professional consulting, engineering, and managed digital services as outlined in mutually agreed statements of work or project proposals. Scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and acceptance criteria are defined in each engagement document. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if the project falls outside our expertise or ethical guidelines.
3. Client and Waslync Responsibilities
Client Responsibilities:
- Provide timely feedback, approvals, and required materials
- Grant necessary access to systems, content, or third-party accounts
- Designate a primary point of contact for communication
- Ensure all provided materials do not infringe third-party rights
Waslync Responsibilities:
- Assign qualified professionals to deliver services
- Protect confidential information
- Provide regular progress updates and communicate risks promptly
4. Payments
Fees, payment milestones, and schedules are specified in the relevant proposal or SOW. Invoices are issued according to agreed milestones and are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise stated. Payments can be made via bank transfer or approved methods. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month and may result in suspension of services until outstanding amounts are settled.
5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
Upon full and final payment, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for the client transfers to the client. Waslync retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, accelerators, methodologies, and general know-how. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement for an indefinite period or as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Waslync strives for excellence but provides services on an “as-is” basis for the website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waslync shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific project.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within 15 days. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, in the competent courts of Riyadh.
9. Changes to Terms
Waslync may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
